The Shepherds Bay Masterplan project consists of multiple apartment buildings planned to surround a central shopping plaza village. Located adjacent to the future Parramatta River foreshore, provides an accessible green space for all Shepherds Bay residents and local workers.
The Masterplan is a result of extensive research and understanding of the needs and preferences of future residents, as well as a thorough community engagement process.
Shepherds Bay Community Engagement
In order to develop the Masterplan, Shepherds Bay engaged with local residents and businesses through a series of workshops, focus groups and surveys. This feedback was used to shape the final design for the new community including layout for shops, parks and community facilities, as well as elements of the design for residential buildings.
The result was an integrated plan that allows future residents to enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle without sacrificing location or amenity.
